Nestled in a serene neighborhood south of Newcastle, this newer hotel offers a pleasing balance between value and comfort. Our spacious room featured a king bed with surprisingly pleasant pillows-a rarity in my travels. Housekeeping maintained an exceptional standard of cleanliness, enhancing our stay. While it is about 4km from the city center, the tranquil surroundings make it a welcome escape from urban hustle. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, though we didn't have time for a dip. With attentive staff who readily shared dining suggestions from local to Japanese cuisine, I felt well looked after-thanks to a particularly helpful gentleman at reception. Considering the cleanliness, modern facilities, and space, it seems a smart choice for families or couples looking to enjoy both comfort and the charms of rural Newcastle without stretching the budget too far.
